On the Sufficiency of Kindness

Yes, it’s entirely possible to survive on the kindness of friends and strangers.

This week, all the little gestures (the gifts of food, the words of acknowledgment) kept me going when adrenaline did not.

This is me, bowing to all of you in gratitude.

I had personal experiences on this. I am so grateful for all my friends who really were there when I needed them. Even being good listeners helped. I try to pay forward on helping people and by doing so it makes me happy inside. I am bowing to you for sharing your thoughts and happenings, Eileen.
